I hope your week’s been kind to you. Mine? Let’s just say it’s been a bit of a juggling act. Monday was still a school holiday, which meant trying to get work done while keeping the kids entertained. If you’ve ever been there, you’ll know it’s a workout all on its own!
One highlight, though, was a planning call with my brilliant VA, Freya. Isn’t it amazing how just an hour of focused time can make you feel like you’re back on track? That feeling of clarity is such a gift, especially when life feels full.
This week’s also had its moments of reflection. Some tough news about my mum has reminded me how important it is to focus on what truly matters. Life has a way of delivering those little wake-up calls, doesn’t it?
With the new year still feeling fresh, now’s a great time to pause and think about what you want to achieve with your membership (or business, or life – take your pick). If you’re not sure where to start, here’s a simple approach I swear by:
1. Celebrate What Worked
Think back to last year. What felt easy, fun, or effective? Those are the golden threads in your work – the things that bring results and joy. Make them a priority this year.
2. Let Go of What Didn’t
Now for the flipside. What felt like a struggle or didn’t bring the payoff you hoped for? It’s OK to release those things. Clearing space for better ideas can feel like a breath of fresh air.
3. Set One Clear Goal
What’s the one thing you’d love to achieve this year? It doesn’t need to be a massive, world-shaking goal – it just needs to matter to you. Focusing on one thing can help you avoid overwhelm and move forward with purpose.
That’s it. No overthinking, no pressure. Just a few small steps to help you feel clear and motivated.
If you’re comfortable sharing, I’d love to know what you’re focusing on for 2025. Drop a comment below or hit reply if something’s on your mind. If you’re feeling stuck, let’s brainstorm together – sometimes, a fresh perspective is all you need.
Here’s to a brilliant year ahead,
Sam xxx
